We're a small software studio, not a data platform. We collect as little as possible, we don't sell anything about you, and your health data never leaves your device. The details are below, in plain language.

Who we are

SAR Group LLC is a small independent software studio. This policy covers our website and our iOS app, MedTracker. If you have any question about anything on this page, email us at [email protected] and a real person will answer.

Our website

This site is a simple, informational website. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no advertising trackers. Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard access logs (things like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use these logs to identify or profile you.

The MedTracker app

MedTracker is built so that your medication and vitamin data stays on your device. Specifically:

• Your medications, doses, schedules, and history are stored locally on your iPhone. They are not transmitted to our servers — we don't have servers that receive them.
• If you choose to import from Apple Health, that import happens entirely on your device, only after you grant permission through iOS. You can revoke that permission at any time in Settings.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your health data. We can't — we never have it.

Email you send us

If you email us — for support, billing, or anything else — we keep the message so we can answer you and follow up if needed. We don't add you to marketing lists or share your address with anyone.

Your rights

Want to know what we have from you, or want it deleted? Email [email protected]. Because we hold so little — essentially just the emails you've sent us — this is usually a quick, straightforward request, and we'll confirm when it's done.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. We won't quietly weaken anything — the promises above are the point of building things this way.
