We're a small studio, so there's no ticket queue or chatbot between you and an answer. We aim to reply to every message within 2 business days — usually sooner.
For app issues, one small favor: include your device model and iOS version (for example, "iPhone 15, iOS 18.5"). It's the fastest way for us to reproduce what you're seeing and get you a fix.
